Massage for the Computer Worker

Attention computer users: I have this conversation with clients all the time. If you sit at a computer for a long period of time you are more than likely enhancing immobility and placing your body in the wrong posture. This is usually a culprit for neck, back and hip pain. Movement is your friend. Giving yourself frequent breaks to stretch will help get the blood moving again.
