Advisement on Studio Policies - PLEASE READ:

 

Cancellation Fee: DUE TO THE UNCERTAINTY OF COVID-19, THE CANCELLATION FEE IS NOT BEING ENFORCED 

  • A minimum of a 24  Hour Notice is required for cancellation without charge;

  • Less than a 24  Hour Notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled session fee;

  • Less than a 2 Hour Notice or No-Show results in charges for the full session fee.​

 

Tardiness:

  • Tardiness results in time lost from your session. Sorry, I can not extend beyond your allotted time due to late arrivals.

 

Illness:

  • We do not permit customers with infectious or contagious illnesses. Please cancel your appointment immediately.
